Urban plan Unielocatie

In collaboration with BVR we developed an urban vision for the Unielocatie in Hoogvliet. The vision contains a document with the urban and architectural ambition together with an urban plan. The urban plan divides the site in 21 housing blocks in various sizes with a total of 70 family dwellings. The housing blocks are shifted a bit to create a friendly and informal character. This is enforced by the different possibilities for extensions on the front side as well as the back side. This gives the Unielocatie the character of a gardencity.
