We have designed 3 townhouses in the project Create@Mullerpier, phase 1. The site is a beautiful spot right at the river Maas in Rotterdam.
De houses are uniquely designed for the different clients. They have in common the orientation towards the river, kitchen and dining on the groundfloor with a parking in the back, and the livingroom on the first floor.
