In collaboration with Urbis stadsontwerp we optimized the urban plan for our project 'Housing Rotterdam Schiebroek' in the Lupine Vesper area. The rows of houses in the street are divided in smaller blocks with variable housing types. Lines of sight and green elements are fixed in the urban plan.
