Room for freedom is the theme of our design for 30 houses in Hoogvliet. With the use of interactive software, potential buyers can compose their ideal home. Freedom of choice is provided in possible extensions for the basic dwelling, both in floorplan and in the number of floors. This results in a diverse facade on an urban level, while the block's identity is ensured through the use of 1 set of materials and finishes. The dwellings all have 2 instead of 1 main facade with an extra high living room orientated towards a canal.
