House of Karen & Roman

Leonidas is a development area with a clear focus on sustainability. The house is not connected to the traditional gas network or district heating. Heating and warm water is produced by a heatpump that runs on electricity provided by the solarpanels.

We designed a compact and fun house for Karen & Roman. The house has a spacious living and 3 bedrooms. The facade is finished with wood cladding.
