Leonidas is a development area with a clear focus on sustainability. The house is not connected to the traditional gas network or district heating. Heating and warm water is produced by a heatpump that runs on electricity provided by the solarpanels.
We designed a compact and spatial house for Marc & Eva. The house has a spacious living and 3 bedrooms. The facade is finished in a combination of black and brown wood. The characteristic angle of the roof is also used in the back extension of the house.
